3:15 writing is like trips you took
when you were a kid.  with an intergalactic knowingness.
for me, it is like that moon rocket ride
in disney land circa 1959.  i believed that day in october
before kennedy was president that i really did go to the moon.

no scratch on the vinyl recording of meteor showers
no scratch on the hologram of moon dust
just us.  and now no smudge on any cd
for the soundtrack is vivid.

3:15's are like that.

some of this writing is from oh three,  i believe. &  some from oh five.
a stew kind of thing.  or maybe italian wedding soup.
i seem lost to  which hour is which year. i think
that is what happens when you don't measure the flour.

3:15 sattelites arrive soon.
like let's all find an outdoor payphone
on the full moon in august.  and at the same
time write what we used to say to one another.
with enough quarters to call across the world.
like that.
